  • FAO – Fachanwaltsordnung (Act governing Specialized Attorneys)
  • RVG – Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (Regulation on the fees of German Attorneys at Law)
  • CCBE – Berufsregeln der Rechtsanwälte der Europäischen Union (Code of Conduct for Lawyer’s in the European Union issued by the CCBE)

Patent Attorneys:

  • Patentanwaltsordnung (German Patent Attorney Code)
  • Berufsordnung der Patentanwälte (Code of Conduct for German Patent Attorneys)

The rules governing conduct to not allow the attorneys at law and the patent attorneys of our firm to represent conflicting interests. Therefore, before assuming representation, it is always checked whether there is a conflict of interest.
